Cascade Hearing Aid Center provides services and programs without regard to race, sex, religion, country of origin, sexual orientation or disability. A fee schedule is available upon request. Insurance coverage and payment plans are available for some services. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

• Hearing Tests
  Hearing tests are conducted in a custom designed, state-of-the-art equipped sound treated booth. The specialist will review all test findings with you, recommend appropriate action, and assist in follow up.

• Hearing Aids
  Individual recommendations and counseling are provided based on your communication needs, as well as expectations. We offer selections that encompass major hearing aid manufacturers and models. Our services include:
  • 30-day trial period with all new hearing aids.
  • Follow-up appointments to track your progress and to make appropriate adjustments
  • Demonstration and sales of hearing aid accessories and assistive listening devices

• Health Fairs and Work Site Screenings
  Hearing screening provides an initial means of identifying potential hearing loss. Screenings are provided for individuals and employees concerned about noise-induced hearing loss or noise-hazardous occupational environment. Hearing screenings can also be scheduled at senior centers.
